Green is in the air!

It is only March but I am already planning for our garden. I got out the catalogs and lists, my seed box, and have been eyeballing all of the compost and wasted hay in the goat pen that I plan on spreasding for weed control. I'll plan on starting some of the seeds this week in my flats and making newspaper pots for the rest shortly. Two of the goats are looking ready to pop and soon I'll be adding fresh milk to the table and cheese. Sigh..... I both love and hate this time of year when winter is starting to give and spring can be felt and the smell is changing to that of fresh growing things.
