Coooking with Rabbit.

Well I am trying BBQ rabbit this evening. We'll see if the kids are any wiser. The gal who bought Honey my Toggenburg goat said one of her favourite recipes was to put the rabbit pieces into an oven bag and dump in some BBQ sauce and cook slowly until done. Well the family loves anything smothered in BBQ sooo. I'll be adding steak fries and cheddar bay biscuts and maybe some coleslaw or cabbage from the garden for a veggie. I'll add a picture of the finished meal and let you know how it went tomorrow.
